Brazilian's post-punk trio THE LAUTREAMONTS are already known for being in constant mutation. After exploring more obscure sides, electronic music and even bossa nova on their last releases, the band now embraces the guitar energy on the new single "Photophobic
Sunflower''.

The song speaks about avoiding the very things that make you bloom. It's a tribute to the complexity of human sensibility, a celebration to those who have the courage of being authentic, even when that means to expose their vulnerabilities.

Common in the band's work, the eastern references are still there, now represented by the Gamelan, a traditional instrument from Southeast Asia. However, the guitars and the pulsating rhythm that drive "Photophobic Sunflower". A delicate and melancholic tone complements the single that will bring joy for the fans of the indie rock and shoegaze scene from the 90's.
